Do you open at 7 am?
Yes. Bread Factory opens at 7:00 am every day and closes at 4:00 pm. Brunch is served all day.
Is there a Swiss bakery in Medellín?
Yes. Bread Factory in El Poblado (inside Hostel Rango, Calle 8 #42-25) bakes bread and croissants in-house and serves Swiss brunch plates such as rösti. If you are looking for Medellín’s historic Swiss-founded pastry shop, that is Astor, founded in 1930. About the bakery

Can I reserve for Sunday brunch?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp (+57 333 281 9362) with the day, the time and the number of people. Walk-ins are welcome too; on weekends a reservation is a good idea. Reserve on WhatsApp
What is a Znüni?
Znüni is Swiss German for the mid-morning bite, literally “at nine” (z’Nüni). Ours is a brunch for two for 118,000 COP: fried eggs, mini pancakes, crispy bacon, cheese slices, four mini croissants, a mini parfait and fresh fruit, plus two hot coffee drinks or hot chocolate and two mimosas or orange juices. How much does brunch cost?
Brunch plates cost between 29,000 and 56,000 COP, for example Avocado Toast 29,000, Egg Brioche 34,000 and Bernese-style Rösti 38,000. The Znüni for two is 118,000. Prices include consumption tax, and a 10% tip is suggested and voluntary. Full menu with prices
Which Swiss dishes do you serve?
Bernese-style Rösti, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with rösti, Bratwurst with rösti, Cordon Bleu, Alpine Macaroni and the Alpine Breakfast. For dessert: apple rings and chocolate fondue. Full menu with prices
Do you serve coffee, matcha and cocktails?
Yes. We serve espresso drinks (a cappuccino is 11,000 COP), chai, matcha, house sodas, cold brew and milkshakes. For brunch cocktails there is a Mimosa for 29,000 COP, plus spritz, wine and beer. Drinks
Are you open on holidays?
Yes. We keep the same hours on public holidays: every day from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We take Visa and Mastercard, and cash in Colombian pesos.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
Yes. Vegetarian plates are marked with a V on the menu, for example Avocado Toast (29,000 COP), Huevos Campesinos (36,000), the Yuca and Cheese Waffle (39,000), the bowls, pancakes and French toast. Tell us about allergies when you order. Full menu with prices

Yes. This website and our menu are in English and Spanish, and every price is in Colombian pesos. Use the EN/ES switch at the top of the page.
